1) A digital copy or photo of your government-issued ID such as your driver’s license or passport. Make sure that the photo is clear and not cropped.
2) If your government-issued ID does not state your address, kindly provide a copy of your billing statement. It shouldn’t be folded and we need to see the whole page. You can send a PDF copy of your billing statement if you are using the paperless option.
3) A photo of yourself holding your ID. Please do not cover your face and the ID should be clear enough to read.
