1. Get a private CC with full info without 3D (mandatory) or AVS (recommended) and put on a socks5 from the same city or the nearest one.
2. Go create a new email, no matter where it is while not in a temporary mail service.
3. Register in purse.io, after registering confirm your account with the confirmation email they will send you.
4. In the upper right corner go to where it says "Buy BTC".
5. Select one of the offers in the list and click on "purchase".
6. You click on "accept offer".
7. You give "purchase wishlist".
8. Redirect you to Amazon and create a new account with the same email with which you registered in purse.io.
9. Then you proceed to buy the wishlist with the CC you have, obviously the billing has to be the same as the CC info.
10. Copy the order number and enter it where it says "Enter the Order ID # from Amazon".
11. You give "complete order".
12. How it works is that you buy a wish list from someone on Amazon and this person gives you bitcoins in return, it is necessary to mention that the bitcoins will have them available in your wallet which is at the same time your Purse account only when the articles
from the list of wishes you bought they will reach the other party (that is, with whom you are making the deal).

18. Choose one of the accounts you created to work only as a secondary and temporary account.
19. You start the session in which you chose and in the left menu below the Neteller logo you select "Deposits".
20. You select deposit with bitcoins.
21. You give "continue."
22. In quantity you enter the amount of bitcoins that you want to deposit from those that you have collected from the business you did in Purse.
23. You give "continue" again.
24. You give "confirm."
25. It will redirect you to a Bitpay invoice.
26. Copy the address that Bitpay provides you to deposit in your Neteller account and send the amount of bitcoins you entered at the time of setting up the deposit in Neteller to that address, you are sure not to send less, otherwise they will not leave to pay and you will have to contact Neteller to make an adjustment to the amount of Bitcoins that you had previously entered to the amount you sent.
27. Expect to be credited to your account.
