1. Go to PayPal site on chrome and open Incognito and go to PayPal site too.
2. Fill the information on both Chrome and Incognito
3. Then do this fast , LOG IN faster both then the data will encrypt so one of the Chrome or Incognito will get log in and one will get Phone Verification
NOTE: You Have To Open Two Tabs One is Chrome and the 2nd is Incognito. You have to do it fast to work.
