Hello, You can cashout CC's with Payoneer and then to BTC.
1. Register for a Payonner account at Payoneer.com.
Use real info (not your real info) , you can find fullz with id scans on shops.
- Confirm your Payoneer account by uploading a picture of your ID.
- Go to 2checkout.com, register for a merchant account using the same info.

1. Take a laptop and turn it the internet connection off.
2. Start and Run CCleaner, after that change(spoof) your MAC address with TMAC(Technicum MAC address changer).
3. Go to a public or hacked wifi and connect with it(if you success to login in the router settings than OK).
4. Start your RDP with Remote Desktop Connection.
5. Instal VMware workstation and CCleaner in your RDP.
6. Install the following tools in the Virtual machine who you will create in your RDP:
6.1. CCleaner.
6.2. SocksCap64.
6.3 Your Vip72 plan software.
6.4. FraudFox browser or Antidetect.
7. Change the system time zone of both RDP and VM match your victim time zone.
8. Clear the DNS cache of your RDP.
9. Put your checked by check2ip.com socks5 proxies in SocksCap64.
10. Start and configure FraudFox or Antidetect through SocksCap64.
==> AND YOU ARE READY TO START THE CARDING .
11. After your carding shit, Don't forget to delete the virtual machine from VMware.
(Optional) 12. Look the end of step 3. (if you success to login in the router settings than OK). Login in that settings and try to change the username and pass. I'm talking about 192.168.x.1 user and pass. Than when the cops come to investigate the devices connected with this router they need to reset it but your spoofed mac address will be removed
. And while the router get restart you must turn your wifi off.
13. After all that just do step step 2 again.

Hey, guys! In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to cashout credit cards to Perfect Money so that you can buy more cards, VPNs, and socks.
Things you'll need:
-a good credit card (preferably bought from a cc store)
-a good proxy, socks5 or RDP suitable with the cards info
-at least a little bit of knowledge about the terms said above
Procedure:
Turn on your sock/proxy/RDP, and make a PP account.

Put up the amount of PM you think your credit card can accept (This is the part where you need to do some research). Find out the card type and the generic limits on the card. If you have true fullz, call up the customer support, say you're calling from a friends phone, and ask to set your limit to the max limit you can [To see content please register here] with your current PP account
Exchange into PM!
Make sure you make new account, and use the PM that you made to buy new equipment and stuff.

Today i will show you, how to setup a free and working PHP spam mailer.
DISCLAIMER:
THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND LEARNING PURPOSE ONLY!
Let's start...
Step 1:
Setup a free hoster with PHP and Sendmail support.
I have try it with bplaced.net and it works perfect.
So register a new Account on bplaced.net.
Step 2:
Download a PHP spam mailer.
Search for a working mailer or try this one. [To see content please register here]
This is tested and works like acharm.
Step 3:
Setup the PHP file.
Copy the code from line 1 to line 49 an paste it into a new document on your Desktop called index.php
Step 3.1 (optional):
Change the charset.
Open the index.php and find

This allow us to use unicode letters like ä, ö, ü, ß... for germans very usefull.
Step 4:
Fire up FileZilla
Start FileZilla and connect with your blaced.net data to the FTP server.
In my case I dont need to add a new FTP account to bplaced.net. The adress for me was my domain, my login and my password. But if you need to setup an account, so got to bplaced.net, login into, go to FTP (left side in the bar) and create or edit an account.
Step 5:
Upload the file.
Search for your index.php on the Desktop and drag-and-drop it to the FileZilla window on the right side (your FTP)
Step 6:
Testing
Open your Browser and go to your bplaced.net domain for example sinister.bplaced.net
Now you will see your script. Chose the method you want to (Send a mail, Spam, Flood) and insert a receive/sender Mail, a subject and your message. Here you can choose between HTML and Text messaging.
If you decide to send only one mail, you have to choose "Send simple message"
For sending one mail to several emails you have to got to "Spam" - add all emails in the "Receivers" window
And if you decide to send million of mails to one eMail, go to "Flood" - type a number of mails in the "Amount of messages " window
Now you can click on "Submit Query" and see what happen.
If you want, you can register/visit your domain and send the index.php to your server over TOR. I think you would be on the save side, if so.

REQUIREMENTS:-
Requirements:
Fresh RDP (Fresh Mac Address/PC Cache)
Fresh VPN/Socks5 (Matching State Socks with 25 Mile Radius)
Fresh High Balance BIN CC (BINS:371381/548031)
Fresh E-Mail created at least 3 Months Ago somewhat matching cardholder name or information.
STEPS:-
Visit Apple.Com and from the top grey navigation bar choose your desired item (Mac,iPhone,iPad,iPod)(I selected Mac)
From the Mac Section, select Macbook, iMac, Pro, or Server
Read each feature, this is the major key, the time frame is included from the second you visit the website.
At the bottom, choose compare models.
Read the basic features for time frame, and choose configure now for your desired item.
The Next Thing you need to do is to Select your Choice of configuration.
In configuration process , change mouse option to magic track-pad since it ‘s free and most regular people will upgrade anything extra for free. Then click add to cart.
For order details, click “This is a gift or proceed anyways” both seem to work, but I prefer “this is a gift”
Now Click Checkout Now then Continue as Guest
Now Click Ship then click See delivery options and rates.
Now you are to Provide your SHIPPING Address zip Code then check a few store avail-abilities (2-3) then pick a store and click Save.
Click continue then provide your SHIPPING address, provide the shipping receiver name same as your cardholders name. Also provide a spoofed phone number for shipment notifications.

Choose basic shipping always DON’T rushed, as most people won’t want to spend the extra funds to deliver quickly and they will live with their current PC for a few more days.
Do not check order status for 24 hours. They check for immediate order status checks after this can null your purchase.
